Worship is at 10 a.m. each Sunday.
Come and see! This fall, our style of worship has changed. The Holy Spirit is moving and blowing. Our new worship team is helping to lead us in some multi-sensory, relevant, inspiring, uplifting, and challenging worship. We have a mix of hymns sung in traditional and contemporary ways, and contemporary music that ranges from a contemplative style to songs you might hear on The Fish. From Great is thy Faithfulness and Amazing Grace to In Christ Alone and Open the Eyes of my Heart . The music speaks to your soul. There’s drama and dance and video. What exactly does it feel like? Well, it is hard to describe, so come and see!
We are a family-oriented congregation with multiple generations in attendance each week in a casual atmosphere. Children are welcome in the service; they may stay for the whole service or leave after the Children's Moment for Sunday School. Childcare is also available during the service.
After the worship service, we have a coffee break. Join us to meet other members, have coffee or tea, or visit the ministry sign-up tables.
Then stay for our "Worship Talkback" discussion as we talk about the ways that the sermon and worship service moved us. For example, you might ask for more detail or explanation or share a personal experience that is connected to the topic, or which part of the service touched, moved or challenged you. We also read the following Sunday's scripture to see what questions it provokes. This is an excellent way to participate in and hear the diverse voices that make up the Cornerstone Community.
God focused and Spirit led on the path of Jesus is what we want to be about. Whoever you are, wherever you are on the journey of faith --- you are welcome here.
